Our association with Dr. Sangeeta goes a long way, she has been my support system ever since i found out that I was having complications and was not able to conceive and needed medical intervention. She being a gynaec helped me with some medication initially but when she realized that time was running out and I needed some expert infertility treatment she referred me to one of the city’s best infertility doctor. This is a true sign of a conscientious doctor. She was so supportive throughout the treatment. The day finally came when we got the GOOD NEWS that I was pregnant… Ever since then Dr. Sangeeta has handled me with such care and love. Today my daughter is 3 months old and My husband and I are whole heartedly thankful to doctor for our lil bundle of joy…!!! I have no words to express but only a sense of immense gratitude in my heart. Doctor you are one of the best professionals I have ever come across. Where everything is so commercialized you are one person that believes in giving true genuine advise!! GOD BLESS YOU!!
Dr Sangeeta is not only one of the best gynec doctors but also a great and warm human being which makes you so comfortable with her. Unlike my experience with other doctors, she patiently addresses all your queries and spends as much time as is required to advise you on your issues. Her empathy to your issue and situation and her earnest desire to help you out of it makes you calm down and feel reassured. I am so glad to have found her as my gynec doctor in Mumbai
I have known Dr. Sangeeta Agarwal since 2004, when I was pregnant with my first child .Both my deliveries were done by her. Me and my husband both were extremely happy with her capabilities and personal attention . The best thing about Dr Sangeeta is that she removes time for every patient and talks to them. She will answer all your queries and never make you feel pressed for time. One thing which I can never forget about her, she made me understand that pregnancy is not a disease, ur not SICK, you can do whatever you want to do. Your body will tell you when to rest. My hubby and me both had a blast during my pregnancy, we led a very normal life, took holidays, ate out, watched movies and all thanks to Dr Sangeeta.
We were delighted with advice and support given by Dr. Sangeeta before, during and post pregnancy. Her advice on diet, rest, exercises, general care before and after pregnancy were extremely practical, valuable and comforting. She was always quick to respond which is important in first pregnancy as it is always a new experience. Her clinic staff was competent and her delivery team is very good.
Thank you Dr. Sangeeta Agrawal for the excellent care from pregnancy through our child’s birth. We thoroughly enjoyed your care throughout this process. From your first hour-long visit with us, we were immediately at ease with you and had full confidence in your knowledge and judgement. Each appointment went well beyond normal health checks and scans to include patient answers to our many many questions, a healthy dose of parental advice, and even a bit of humour. We would like to take this opportunity and thank you for being consistently helpful, responsive, sensitive, and pleasant.
Pregnancy is a very special stage in every woman’s life & the doctor plays a very significant role all these 9 months. I was blessed to have Doc Sangeeta as my gynecologist whose guidance always proved right. I was under her from the 3rd month onwards and her advice was always valuable due to which I enjoyed a very healthy pregnancy. I cannot pinpoint any single instance wherein I was misguided. To add to it, I loved visiting her clinic due to the attractive décor and positive vibes. Thank You Doctor Sangeeta for making my pregnancy memorable.
We were satisfied with Dr. Sangeeta’s advice throughout pregnancy and on delivery as well. She was very professional while at the same time very sensitive to our needs. She was always available for all our needs and requirements and this was a big help to us. Throughout the nine months, she was a big support and we value our relationship with her in the entire period, as she gave advice to us almost like a friend. We would definitely recommend her to our family and friends. All the best to her in all her ventures!
The most important and memorable event in a woman’s life is probably giving birth to a baby. Thanks to Dr Sangeeta the whole experience of pregnancy and childbirth (even though it was a c- section) was not only stress free but actually fun. Never have I been so much at ease about going to a doctor no matter what the outcome. Thanks Dr Sangeeta for being such a wonderful doctor.

I had a very patient doctor in her. She gave me a lot of time and really explained every issue really well
Dr. Sangeeta beautifully helped my wife and us throughout her pregnancy and ensured a smooth delivery for our first little one. She has helped at every stage in answering our questions, calming our anxieties and guiding us correctly. Her pre-natal and post-natal advise were excellent and extremely helpful. She is also always available and easily accessible. We are thankful to her and will plan our second pregnancy in her observation and care!
Dr. Sangeeta Agrawal is amazing and extremely friendly. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable by explaining me everything with great details. I’m thankful to God for leading me to her, I am in awe of her professionalism and concern for me. She makes me feel at ease. Keep up the great work Doctor. Thanks for taking care of me at the second innings of my need for a gynecologist
Dr. Sangeeta Agrawal is an excellent gynec. My entire experience through my 9 months of pregnancy with her has been amazing. She was always available whenever we needed her. She will give a lot of time to her patients and takes a lot of effort to put your mind at rest when it comes to all pregnancy related questions which is very essential esp for First Time Moms. Would highly recommend her.
An ideal doctor is one who treats the patient partially through verbal affirmations and remaining through medications if need be. One such Dr. Sangeeta Agrawal. In this busy mumbai set up, she allots adequate time to patient, understands history with patience and considers all aspects before diagnosing. Her aura is positive and doesn’t behave like a strict careprovider who may cause hypertension 😉 I highly recommend her! Thank you doc for such a warm consultation yesterday 🙂
Truly friendly and engaging doctor. Frank and forthright – she will call jack a jack and that is a much appreciated quality in a doctor and it makes sure that everyone is on the same page. Listens to the full problem and suggests best solutions to resolve them. She even makes follow up messages and calls which makes you feel well cared for. I have known her for almost 7 years now. She has been a constant guide and mentor and anchor on this long journey of ours. Always just a phone call or message away. Time and again her advices have helped me to take educated decisions on the treatment. No unnecessary tests or medicines. But a constant insistence on overall well being encouraging for regular exercises and a balanced diet. I am very lucky to have found her.
Dr.Sangeeta has been amazing throughout my pregnancy with all the complications. She was available 24/7 and always prompt in responding. She was patient and friendly in her consultation and would never rush during the visits. I would highly recommend her.
My whole experience with Dr Sangeeta Agarwal was very good . Very friendly not unnecessary tests or medicines .She will make your whole journey for pregnancy easy and happy with out any complications like big hospitals who scare you with so many things . Very professional and good attitude .

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sangeeta Agrawal throughout my pregnancy. She guided me well and also gave very practical advice. I had a smooth and natural delivery because of her advice. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for an OB-GYN in Mumbai.
IMO, Dr. Sangeeta Agrawal in undoubtedly the best OB/GYN in Mumbai. We consulted her for my pregnancy and she delivered by baby girl. Throughout the pregnancy, she gave me invaluable advice on things to do, clearly explained things, cleared our doubts and provided the much needed confidence and comfort. She patiently explains things in detail (both goods and bada) and is never in a hurry to see the next patient… exactly what you need from a doctor… someone who listens and understands. Sometimes we asked her stupid questions but she never seemed to mind answering even those. Towards the end of the pregnancy, she kept reassuring us all the time that she was there for us, be it any time of the day or night. It was because of her that I remained active throughout the pregnancy and could have a normal delivery. All the prenatal as well as post natal guidance that she gave me was very very helpful. My husband and I cant thank her enough for being such a great doctor. She is definitely the best we could have found.
It’s 15 years since I know her. She’s still the same in the way she handles patients, very patiently listens to your complaints, gives detailed treatment methods and options and any doubt she clarifies so well. More of a friend as I am so comfortable talking with her.
Dr Sangeeta in one word i can say second closest person to my baby as she always treated my baby as hers and took full effort of his well being…and most importantly when we all lost the hope to get normal delivery becoz of so much complications..she was so confident and made my normal delivery successful with so much ease..i am so much thankful to her to make my pregnancy wonderful and memorable to me..She comforted me everytime …and patiently listens and quickly replies to my problems each time. We went to her after looking the reviews in google and we are so happy to make that decision.

Best Gynec in Mumbai. Great doctor with good experience. Just follow her advice to achieve a satisfying result. Never came across a doctor who calls and check on her patients wellbeing. I would definitely recommend her to all those whom I know, for sure…. Keep up the good work!!! Thanks
Great doctor, very experienced. She was so helpful through everything and just amazing throughout my process and guided me through every step along the way. I am glad I made the decision of going through her and would definitely recommend her to anybody! Thank you Dr. Sangeeta
Writing a long review for this doctor. Ive just had a normal delivery and an extremely pleasant delivery experience at Breach Candy hospital last week all thanks to Dr Sangeeta s guidance. I’m so glad I found such a gem of a doctor in Mumbai. Pls don’t listen to the cranky reviewers who went for one consultation and say she is rude, she’s exactly the opposite – friendly and helpful at all times. This is from my experience of knowing her for over a year now. She has been very helpful throughout right from pre conception to post delivery, is always a phone call or SMS away. Her advice is not restricted to medicine or diet, she practically forced me to do walking, breathing exercises and yoga all of which were extremely helpful to me on the day of labour. She ensured my health was top notch through out. Moreover my husband and I have found her advice and predictions to be spot on on several occasions. If you’re looking for a healthy, normal, low intervention pregnancy with holistic advice I strongly recommend her. Shes very good with high risk, specialised cases also. This doctor goes out of her way to give you all the relevant information. She doesn’t give unnecessary meds or internals. Only what is absolutely needed.

Uterine polyps are growths that occur due to overgrowth of the endometrium which is the inner lining of the uterus. Therefore, they are also called endometrial polyps. They are attached to the endometrium by a thin stalk or a broad base. If an endometrial polyp is attached to the uterine surface by a narrow elongated pedicle, then it is known as pedunculated, if they have a large flat base then they are known as sessile. They grow into the cavity of the uterus and sometimes when large can even protrude through the cervix and rare cases through the vagina. The polyps may be round or oval, and range in size from a few millimeters to a few centimeters or even larger. There may be one or several polyps present. Causes of Uterine Polyps The polyps are usually benign. They occur after the age of 40 and after menopause but can occur in younger women. They usually cause bleeding problems and occasionally get in the way of getting pregnant. There is no clear reason why the polyps develop. Women who have high estrogen levels tend to make polyps. Obesity, high blood pressure, HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) and tamoxifen tablets can increase […]

Endometrial hyperplasia thickens the uterus lining that causes heavy or abnormal bleeding. It raises the risk of endometrial cancer and uterine cancer. It is a common side effect of Tamoxifen after Breast Cancer. A Endometrial Hyperplasia Case Report By Dr. Sangeeta Agrawal I will discuss a common side effect of Tamoxifen with the example of a case report.I would like to share this because this could be relevant to many women.Tamoxifen is commonly given to prevent the recurrence of breast cancer.Tamoxifen is the oldest and most-prescribed selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It is used in women and men diagnosed with hormone-receptor-positive, breast cancer to reduce the risk of cancer coming back (recurring). Why is Tamoxifen Given? • It reduces the risk of recurrence of breast cancer by 40% to 50% in postmenopausal women and by 30% to 50% in premenopausal women.• It reduces the risk of new cancer developing in the other breast by about 50%.• Preoperatively to shrink large, hormone-receptor-positive breast cancers before surgery.• Slow or stop the growth or advanced (metastatic) hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer. Both isolation and quarantine are methods of preventing the spread of COVID-19. Quarantine Quarantine is used when you come in contact with someone who has aninfection with the coronavirus. Quarantine means that you remain separated from others because you have been exposed to the virus and you may be infected. The quarantine can be done in a designated facility or at home. It is for a period of 14 days. Isolation Isolation is used for people with COVID-19 symptoms or who have tested positive for the virus. The person is separated from other people, ideally in a medical facility where they can receive clinical care. If isolation in a medical facility is not possible and you are not in a high-risk group of developing severe disease, isolation can take place at home. If you have symptoms, you should remain in isolation for at least 10 days plus an additional 3 days without symptoms. If you are infected and do notdevelop symptoms, you should remain in isolation for 10 days from the time you test positive.

Nowadays everyone is talking of the Corona vaccine. Everyone wants that magical vaccine to be available so that we can fight and finish the Corona virus. Several different types of vaccine are being developed. The aim of every vaccine is to generate long lasting antibodies in good amount and as quickly as possible with one dose and zero side effects. It is a tall order. There are several different types of vaccines that are being prepared. Types of Corona Vaccinations Inactivated virus vaccines: this uses a form of the virus that has been inactivated so that it cannot cause disease, but still generates an immune response.Protein-based vaccines: this uses fragments of viral proteins that mimic the COVID-19 virus but do not cause the disease and generate an immune response.Viral vector vaccines: this uses a virus that has been genetically engineered so that it can’t cause disease but can safely generate antibodies to the viral protein.RNA and DNA vaccines: this uses genetically engineered RNA or DNA to generate a protein that is identical to the viral protein and can safely prompt an immune response without causing the disease. The vaccination process has already started as I write this article. We all […]
